Welcome to Dragon Worlds HK 2027. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dragon Worlds HK 2027 mobile application (the "App") operated by RegattaFlow ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By submitting content through the App (such as photos, comments, or community posts), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App. You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for ensuring it does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
Weather forecasts, tide information, and marine conditions provided through the App are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of this data and it should not be relied upon as the sole basis for safety decisions on the water.
While we strive to provide accurate race schedules, results, and event information, official race information is governed by the relevant sailing authorities and race committees. Always refer to official notices for binding race information.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RegattaFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
